What is OCS Works?
OCS Works is a collection of objects, tools, and systems designed, prototyped, tested, and fabricated by OCS Fabrication. It includes ready-to-use products as well as items still in development and field testing.
Which products are currently available?
The TDC600 Rugged Holder is currently listed as available. The Starlink Mini Off-Grid Power Case is in development. Each product page displays its current status.
Can OCS Works products be customized?
Customization depends on the product and intended use. Configuration changes, accessory needs, mounting requirements, and custom fabrication can be discussed through the OCS Works Product Inquiry form.
How do I ask about availability or place an order?
Use the Product Inquiry form and include the product, estimated quantity, intended use, and any customization needs. OCS Fabrication will confirm availability, final specifications, pricing, and lead time before an order is placed. Online purchasing routines are still being developed.
Are prices and specifications final?
Published prices apply to the configuration described on the product page. Specifications and pricing for products marked In Development may change as testing and design work continue.
Does the TDC600 Rugged Holder work with the factory hand strap?
Yes. The holder is designed so the Trimble TDC600 can be used without removing its factory hand strap.
What mounting hardware works with the TDC600 holder?
The holder accepts a standard RAM mount adapter for vehicle and field use. The complete kit currently includes three configurable utensil-holder sets, a RAM mount, and an adapter.
Can I ask about a custom fabrication project?
Yes. Choose Custom Fabrication on the Product Inquiry form and describe the application, approximate quantity, important dimensions, mounting needs, environment, and branding requirements.
