We collect information you choose to submit through our contact, school quote, and funding packet forms. Depending on the form, this may include your name, school or organization, district, city, state, email address, phone number, grade level or program, product quantity, desired purchase timeframe, anticipated funding method, and the questions or comments you provide.

Please do not submit student records or other sensitive student information through these forms.

Information collected automatically

Our website host and security tools may automatically collect limited technical information when you visit, such as your Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of a visit. This information helps operate and protect the website.

The current site uses Bluehost hosting logs. Jetpack Stats and its image-delivery service are not active, and no additional analytics or advertising service is active for the initial launch. If OCS Fabrication later activates analytics or advertising, this policy will be updated before that service is used.

No analytics or advertising cookie service is active for the initial launch. You can control many cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential cookies may affect site operation.

Routine inquiries and form submissions are retained for up to 60 days. Information that becomes part of a formal quote, purchase order, sale, warranty matter, accounting record, or legal obligation may be retained longer as reasonably necessary.
