Each quote details the product, delivery, shipping and any additional accessories, and is valid for 60 days. If you are seeking grant or school funding, let us know and we can also provide funding-support materials.
School purchasing and paymentPurchase orders are accepted, and a W-9 is available upon request. Standard payment is due with the order; Net 30 terms are available to approved schools and state or federal departments. Electronic payment is available through PayPal payment services.
Delivery and freightWithin a 200-mile radius of Duluth, Minnesota, local delivery is $300 for one system and includes setup and training. Outside that area, FedEx Freight is $400 per system within the continental United States. The unit ships fully assembled in a protective crate; request liftgate service if needed.
Timing, warranty and supportTypical lead time is 3–4 weeks, with shorter times possible for in-stock setups. The 6-month warranty begins at delivery and covers all parts for manufacturing defects; accidental damage, misuse and unauthorized modifications are excluded. Email is the preferred support method, with phone support for purchasing customers. Long-term repairs are quoted upon request.
Setup and optional servicesThe pre-calibrated system uses a standard household 120V outlet; a dedicated circuit is recommended. No internet connection, software upgrades or subscriptions are required, and a setup-and-use training manual is included. Custom on-site training and optional custom signage are available only when quoted.
